JAMIROQUAI - Automaton Tour Live
We provided the full video content design for Jamiroquai's Automaton European Tour. The concept and designs was worked on closely with Jay Kay and we originally came up with the ideas whilst working with Jay on his Automaton Video shoot in London.
The show was built in a way to be flexible and allow for the variations that the band would play at each show. We controlled everything via Ableton which triggered Photon and Directed cameras and camera live effects all from within VYV Photon servers.

CHALLENGE
Being able to make the show as automated as possible but maintaining a live element to be able to react to the band as they jammed was an interesting challenge for us.
SOLUTION
We ended up with 3 midi controllers and ableton live along with a black magic vision mixer to control the show on the fly, it was a lot of fun to do.
